Governor Rauner Signs Education Funding Bill

(6-25-15) Springfield, IL -  Public schools in Illinois will be open this fall even as lawmakers continue to clash over the budget. 
Governor Rauner signed an education funding bill yesterday that provides state money to school districts, early childhood education and other programs.  

The bill is part of the Democratic proposed budget.
